Thank you for your ticket purchase for The Integration of Primary Care in Dental Practice Conference.  We acknowledge and appreciate your commitment. 

Here is what your ticket includes:

  • Admission to all sessions of the conference.
  • An evening reception on November 2nd.
  • Breakfast and lunch for the day sessions of the conference.
  • A post-conference Zoom Webinar, one month out, for 1-hour with Dr. Cooper and your small workgroup.  Workgroups will be formed at the conference.  
  • Exclusive blog posts and podcasts focused on integration in dental practices including possible reimbursement models in an integrated environment.  

Your ticket does not include:

  • Local transportation and airfare, to and from the venue in Phoenix Arizona
  • Hotel room (Hotel TBA - Contract in negotiations)
  • Dinners and drinks with the exception of the Reception

Caveat - No Sponsors will be at this conference.  Rather, there will be Patrons supporting the conference.  Absent will be any commercial intent and the associated side-bar conversations.
